Reed Education are working with a primary school located in Middlewich, dedicated to providing a high-quality education for all there students. There school is committed to fostering a supportive and nurturing environment where every child can thrive. They are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 1 Teacher to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons for Year 1 students.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the academic and personal development of each student.
  • Assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement the curriculum.
  • Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
  • Maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably with Year 1 students.
  • Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for teaching and a commitment to the educational development of children.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
