We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join our team at a primary school in Birmingham for the upcoming academic year.

*** Year 2 ECT
*** Permanent: September 2024
*** Salary: £30,000
*** Location: Ward of Hodge Hill
*** School: ‘Outstanding’ 3-Form Entry primary school

As a Year 2 ECT, you will have a vital role in shaping the learning experiences of our young learners. We are looking for someone who has a passion for teaching, a desire to make a positive impact on children's lives and a willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Year 2 curriculum and be able to create engaging and challenging lessons that meet the needs of all children. You will have a good understanding of assessment and be able to use data to inform your teaching practice.

In addition to your teaching responsibilities, you will be expected to participate in school activities and contribute to the wider school community. You will receive support from experienced colleagues and have access to professional development opportunities throughout the year.
