Attention all early careers teachers! We are currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic ECT to join a vibrant and thriving school in North Birmingham.

As a Year 3 ECT, you will receive ample support and guidance from experienced teachers and senior leaders to help you develop and grow as a teacher, whilst completing your induction. The school are committed to providing a nurturing and inclusive environment where all students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

The successful candidate will be passionate about teaching and learning and have a strong commitment to ensuring that every child achieves their full potential. You will have a good understanding of the national curriculum, be able to plan engaging and creative lessons, and have excellent behaviour management skills.
