Year 3 Teacher

Your new school
A primary school in Walsall is looking for a year 3 teacher to join them ASAP.

The school is a 1 form entry that offers an exciting learning experience that meets the needs of all children. The school has really supportive staff, the year 6 teacher is the English lead and more than happy to help with planning.

Your new role
This is a full-time teaching position in year 3 where you will be taking on full teaching responsibilities including planning, marking, parents' evenings and staff meetings. Some of the planning has already been done, you will also be given PPA time. The class also has TA support every morning.

ECT's will also be considered for this role.

What you'll need to succeed

• A qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent
• A valid enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one
• A proven track record of delivering high-quality teaching and learning outcomes in Key Stage 2
• A strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks for Key Stage 2
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• A commitment to continuous professional development and improvement
• Good knowledge of Maths and English
• Planning and marking experience
