About the Role:

GSL Education are currently seeking to appoint enthusiastic Year 4 Class Teacherto undertake a position at one of our client schools in Manchester. As a teacher, you'll lead with passion and expertise, guiding students towards academic excellence and personal growth.

Year 4 Class Teacher Role:

• Adapt teaching to suit diverse learning styles, ensuring fairness for all students.
• Use various assessments to track progress and offer personalized feedback.
• Create a supportive classroom atmosphere for student growth and development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share resources and ideas, building a strong learning community.
• Communicate openly with parents, involving them in their child's education.
• Mentor students, promoting positive behavior and values.
• Encourage independent thinking through inquiry-based learning.

The successful candidate will:

• Possession of an Enhanced DBS (child workforce) registered with the Update Service or a willingness to apply for one through GSL Education.
• Hold a valid UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Proof of relevant teaching experience within the last two years.
• Exhibit the ability to engage with students and foster an environment conducive to creative learning.
• Display a strong commitment to teaching, utilizing diverse methods to keep students engrossed during lessons.
