Teach Plus are currently working with a mainstream primary school within Hayes who are seeking an experienced Year 4 Teacher who is enthusiastic professionals, who have high expectations of themselves and their pupils, and are committed to improving the lives of they children. They secure the best for our children and strong team-working. The ideal candidates will be caring, patient, self-motivated and be able to work from their own initiative. They will be highly effective in supporting the school to establish a safe, happy and inclusive school where hard work, good behaviour and excellent progress are prized.

For this Year 4 Teacher role you will be expected to be proactive, positive, calm and flexible to ensure able to teach children. You will need to plan exciting lesson which will keep students engaged and track students progress to ensure meeting every student's individual needs.

As a Year 4 Teacher you will be required to:

• Have a track record of excellent progress and high quality teaching and learning.
• Will be proactive, positive, calm and flexible.
• Have very high expectations of themselves and the children they work with.
• Have excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Will be committed to working as part of a team.

The ideal candidate for a Year 4 Teacher will have:

• QTS and experience teaching within KS2
• Enhanced DBS on the update service
• Right to work within the UK
• Overseas criminal clearance
