Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Year 4 Teacher who is committed to delivering outstanding teaching and learning. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a stimulating classroom environment, planning and delivering engaging lessons, and supporting the individual growth and development of each student.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Assess, record, and report on the progress and attainment of students.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and engagement.
  • Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement school-wide initiatives and events.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and the wider school community.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
  • Previous experience teaching at the primary level, preferably Year 4.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive school culture.
