This is a fantastic opportunity for an ECT who is eager to begin their teaching career but would ideally like to gain more experience across year groups.

Throughout the week, you will be covering teacher's PPA time and illnesses, ensuring you will gain invaluable experience with the curriculum across the board, lesson planning and observing outstanding teachers who will be on hand to support and guide you, shaping you to be the best teacher you can be.

The duties of this role will be:

• Following lesson plans set by the class teacher.
• Effectively communicating with class teachers and senior leaders within the school.
• Using the school's behaviour and rewards plan to engage children.
• Assessing children's work using the school's marking policy.
• Ensuring a positive working environment is adhered to at all times.
