Year 5 Primary Teacher

We are looking for a Year 5 Primary Teacher in North Manchester (M40) for a long-term position beginning in September and ending at the end of the academic year. This Year 5 Primary Teacher position requires 5 full days of work every week, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 16:00 p.m. The School are looking for an an experienced teacher with strong behavior management skill. This position is intended to be permanent by the end of the school year in 2025.

Non-negotiables:

• The ability to deliver the National Curriculum across KS2.
• To develop positive relationships with staff, pupils, and parents.
• Strong behaviour management.
• Provide a safe environment for the pupils, enabling growth in social and learning development

Your role & responsibilities:

• Teaching the children in class, ensuring they complete their work
• Guiding students through the curriculum, marking working, setting home working tasks
• Managing behaviour
• Upholding school’s behaviour and safeguarding policies
• Planning and delivering engaging lessons
