Year 6 Class Teacher needed in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire

Have you got teaching experience as a Year 6 Class Teacher? Do you enjoy mentoring and guiding Year 6 pupils through to their SATs exams in preparation for moving on to their secondary education?

Academics are working closely with Primary Schools in Mansfield who are looking for dedicated and positive Year 6 Class Teacher's to support their KS2 departments with ongoing cover requirements.

If you are a personable and committed teacher who enjoys communicating with different teams and having a varied work agenda then this role is for you.

Do you need certain qualifications / experience to work as a Year 6 Class Teacher with Academics? Yes, please see listed below.

• A Qualified Teaching Status
• Experience teaching children within UPKS2 (Year 5 and/ or Year 6)
• An Enhanced DBS Certificate or the willingness to process one

Academics offer a range of placement opportunities including:

• Long-term contracts (e.g Maternity cover posts or long-term sickness cover)
• Temporary to permanent placements (Get your foot through the door with us and this opens up a range of permanent opportunities to you in the schools that we introduce you to).
• Short-term placements (1 week to 6 weeks cover at a time)
• Day to day posts (Working to your desired working schedule week by week)
