Year 6 Teaching Assistant Day-to-Day

Your new school
Hays Education are currently working with primary schools in the Wolverhampton (WV6) area, who are looking for day-to-day TA's. We are looking for qualified Teaching Assistants to start in September with flexibility, ideally Level 2 or Level 3 qualified, due to a rise in demand in schools! We are now looking for individuals who hold qualifications, to support pupils within the classroom who can impact and challenge pupils. We are working with a range of different schools who all have different demands and needs.
Your new role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will be working with a variety of different pupils. The jobs we offer will require previous experience of working in schools. The role will consist of supporting small groups or working 1-2-1 with pupils who may need additional assistance. Pay between £85-£95 a day depending on experience. This role would be a day-to-day role which could potentially even lead to a long-term or permanent role.
What you'll need to succeed

• At least a Level 2 Teaching Assistant Qualification
• Experience in a classroom setting within the last two years
• The ability to take a pupil-centred approach to learning
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport
• Have a flexible approach and a can-do attitude
