Exciting Opportunity for a Youth Worker at an 'Autism' Primary School in Feltham!

Join our dedicated team at an Autism-focused Primary School in Hanworth, where we are on the lookout for a passionate Youth Worker to support pupils aged 3 to 11 with autism or emotional behavioral needs.

Youth Worker Role:

As a Youth Worker, you'll collaborate with the team, including teachers and fellow Youth Workers, to deliver engaging sessions. Extensive paid training will be provided, making this an ideal opportunity for individuals with prior experience in behavior needs or autism, coupled with creative ideas.

Youth Worker - Job Description:

  • Understanding and experience in working with behavioral needs and/or autism.
  • Plan and deliver 1:1 sessions in Literacy, Numeracy, and Science.
  • Translate the national primary and secondary curriculum into interactive sessions.
  • Commitment to working in Hanworth during term time, from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.
