Youth Worker

Service care Solution are currently recruiting for a Youth Worker in Tower Hamlets.

As a Youth Worker, you will be responsible for working with young people, aged between 11 and 18, to provide support and guidance in a safe and nurturing environment.

Main Responsibilities

As a Youth Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Develop and deliver engaging activities that promote personal and social development
  • Provide one-to-one support and mentoring to young people who require additional assistance
  • Work closely with colleagues and external agencies to create a holistic support network for young people
  • Maintain accurate records and produce reports as required

Requirements:

  • A qualification in Youth Work or equivalent to NVQ Level 3 or other relevant professional qualification
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Enhanced DBS
