Zoho CRM Solutions Architect - CRM & Automation

Location: Northampton (Hybrid)

Salary: c£50,000 - £60,000 (DOE)+ Uncapped Bonus

A leading financial services company is seeking a Zoho CRM Solutions Architect to lead transformation projects and system automation.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the design, development and optimisation of Zoho CRM solutions
• Drive business process automation across sales, finance, marketing and operations
• Create advanced SQL-driven dashboards and reports to generate real business insight
• Own system integrations and custom workflows using Deluge, JavaScript or Python
• Collaborate across departments to scope, design and hand off solutions to developers
• Support data-driven decision making and process improvement initiatives

What You Bring:

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Zoho CRM experience (not just administration-deep configuration, scripting, and integration required)
• Proficiency in Deluge, or transferable experience in JavaScript or Python
• Proven ability to design end-to-end CRM solutions and automate workflows
• Strong SQL reporting and dashboard development experience (Zoho Analytics, Power BI, etc.)
• Understanding of API integrations, CRM architecture and user journey design
• Comfortable liaising directly with stakeholders and translating business needs into tech deliverables
