The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law and litigation, with a passion for advocating on behalf of employees or employers. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse employment-related matters and provide strategic advice to clients across various industries. Key Responsibilities: Provide legal advice and representation to clients on employment law matters, including but not limited to, discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment, wage and hour issues, and employee benefits.Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, severance agreements, and other employment-related documents.Conduct legal research and analysis to support client cases and develop strategies for litigation or dispute resolution.Represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and litigation proceedings before administrative agencies and courts.Stay updated on changes in employment law and regulations to ensure compliance and provide proactive advice to clients.Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm to leverage expertise and provide comprehensive solutions to clients.
