Description

• Processing invoices and maintaining records with precision.
• Managing vendor payments and resolving financial discrepancies.
• Preparing accurate financial reports for team review.
• Maintaining a high degree of confidentiality with sensitive financial information.
• Assisting with month-end tasks and other accounting projects as needed.
• Ensuring compliance with all company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Contributing to team goals and supporting colleagues in the Accounting & Finance department.

Profile

A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:

• A solid educational background in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Proven proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite.
• An ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with vendors and team members.
