Role Overview: As a Behaviour Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting students with challenging behaviour, particularly those with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Your expertise will help create a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective behaviour management strategies tailored to individual needs.
  • Conduct group work sessions and targeted interventions to support students' social and emotional development.
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and external agencies to provide holistic support to students.
  • Maintain accurate records of interventions and progress, ensuring data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience working with children with SEMH needs in an educational setting.
  • Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques and interventions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Flexibility to start immediately or in September.
  • Right to work in the UK.
