Chief Financial Officer - Private Equity

Responsibilities:

?  Oversee all finance related matters for the Group including financial reporting, taxation and banking matters

?  Facilitate business decisions and optimize allocation of funding and resources amongst business initiatives

?  Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities

?  Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior executives so as to identify their needs and seek full range of business solutions

?  Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities

?  Monitor performance and cash management of operating units, identify issues and make recommendations to the management for related control and procedures

?  Conduct and manage due diligence review in respect of acquisitions and assist in relevant negotiations

?  Close liaison with external parties including business partners, auditors, legal advisors, financial advisors, bankers, tax authorities and regulatory bodies

Requirements:

? 15+ years of finance management experience with proven track record of management.

? Must have Private Equity experience

? Outstanding presentation and communication skills, good relation with regulators and local government authorities, and good team-work spirit

?  Master degree in finance, business administration, economics

?  CPA or CFA qualification will be preferred

?  Business travel is required

?  Excellent communication and business partnership skills

?  Strong analytical and strategic mindset, problem solving skills

?  Excellent verbal and written skills in Chinese and English.  Mandarin Speaker is highly preferred
