Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 plus discretionary bonus scheme
Working hours: Flexible with the ability to accrue 4 extra days, plus summer hours offered between 1st May and 31st August.

Responsibilities:
 
Creative Direction and Strategy:
  • Develop innovative ideas and concepts that align with brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing teams to devise strategic marketing initiatives that captivate audiences. 
Social Media:
  • Craft and execute a comprehensive social media strategy, curating engaging content and fostering audience interaction across all platforms.
  • Analyse social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimise reach and engagement.
Email Campaigns: 
  • Design and implement targeted email marketing campaigns that inspire and engage audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of email campaigns to continually enhance effectiveness. 
Website Management:
  • Keep the company website fresh and dynamic with up-to-date content, products, and visuals.
  • Collaborate with website agency to drive continuous improvements to functionality and design.
Brand Consistency: 
  • Oversee the creation of all marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand identity across digital and print mediums.
  • Approve creative outputs and refine visual branding guidelines to ensure consistency across departments.
Brand Management:
  • Ensure all creative outputs effectively communicate the desired message and adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Continuously evolve the brand’s visual and verbal identity to maintain relevance and impact.
Innovation and Trends:
  • Stay updated on the latest design and marketing trends to infuse fresh and innovative ideas into campaigns.
  • Experiment with new creative techniques and digital tools to enhance marketing efforts. 
Marketing Meetings:
  • Participate in monthly discussions with the Managing Director and marketing team to review progress and refine strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Proven marketing experience with a lifestyle brand, preferably in the interior trade, fashion, or textile industry.
  • Higher level education in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CMS, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
