BramahHR are recruiting for an HR Manager based in Harpenden for a 12 month FTC, this role has a strong ER thread and will oversee the line management of the ER team.

Responsibilities:

  • Improve and implement HR processes, policies and procedures
  • Drive performance enhancement and encourages constructive adjustments in personnel management
  • Oversees the handling of employee relations cases, such as disciplinary actions, grievances, absences, changes, and redundancies
  • Line management of the ER team to ensure compliance with SLAs, policies and procedures
  • Support with Employment Tribunal Bundles, TUPE, redundancy etc
  • Advising, educating, and guiding HR Advisors and Assistants in their work with grievances, disciplinary actions, and other statutory processes
  • Creation of confidential MI reports, including monthly statistical data on ER cases, tribunals, settlement agreements, sickness and employee turnover
  • Providing advice and support on all ER issues/policies
  • Assisting with the implementation of Social Value and Diversity, Inclusivity & Wellbeing, L&D, and Recruitment programmes

Experience:

  • CIPD - Level 5
  • Line management experience
  • Strong employment/ER knowledge
