Our client is seeking a highly motivated and accomplished Chartered Accountant to join their M&A team. As a Manager, you will be a fundamental part of the team's success by participating in a variety of M&A transactions.
What You'll Do:
• Facilitate Sell and Buy-side mandates
• Strengthen the M&A franchise through recruitment, training, and business development
• Provide Strategic Advisory - support entrepreneurs in constructing a business that is primed for sale
• Prepare financial statements, valuations, and other financial documentation
• Conduct financial due diligence on potential targets
• Advise clients on M&A strategy and deal structuring
• Create presentations and reports for senior management

Candidate Requirements:
• Hold a Chartered Accountant designation (ACA/CA/ACCA)
• At least four years of experience, of which two should be in transaction services, financial due diligence, or M&A teams.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Possess excellent communication and presentation skills
• Showcase the ability to work independently and collaboratively
