Natures Way Foods is a leading manufacturer of prepared salads, coleslaw and "food-to-go" for supermarkets and retailers, and as such we work closely with farmers across Europe. But there’s lots more to us than the products we make.

We are currently looking for a talented People Advisor to join our fast-paced People Team in Chichester, West Sussex. Reporting into our People Partner, you will join a team of fantastic colleagues that play an essential role in maintaining colleague satisfaction and organisational efficiency by handling day-to-day HR tasks and providing on-site support to the People Partner.

Responsibilities

You will already have

  • Up to date employment law knowledge
  • Ability to make quick and pragmatic decisions
  • Take an analytical approach to people related reports
  • Be open and adaptable to change
  • Excellent administration and organisation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to utilise these effectively across all levels of the business
  • Understanding of the critical importance of confidentiality and maintaining this at all times
  • The ability to manage and prioritise a busy, and at times, demanding workload
  • Ability to meet all deadlines with a consistent high standard of work
  • Experience of working within statutory policies and processes (desirable)
  • A team player with a high level of dedication

A willingness to be flexible and adaptable is essential to this role, there will be times when support will be required outside of core hours, in order to support our night shifts. There may be a requirement to provide support to other sites.
