If you're a skilled, enthusiastic and ambitious Quantity Surveyor looking for an exciting London-based role, then you're in luck! This reputable boutique consultancy firm is looking for a slick, seasoned Quantity Surveyor to work on cutting-edge, high-end projects in the residential sector, in value of up to £400 million!

In this role, you will have the chance to join a team of experienced, industry-leading professionals, to learn the trade under their expert guidance, and to have an impactful role on projects in your own right! You will also have the opportunity to expand your portfolio as a Quantity Surveyor, to receive excellent training and support, and to progress quickly within the company!

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE OF THE SUCCESSFUL QUANTITY SURVEYOR:

  • Experience as a quantity surveyor within the property market
  • Degree qualified in a relevant construction or property discipline.
  • Previous experience delivering within the Residential, Commercial or Hotels/Leisure sectors. (Preferably gained in a construction consultancy environment).
  • Negotiation skills
  • Communication skill
  • Numeracy skills
  • Report writing
  • Presentation skills
  • Proven track record at the appropriate level


RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SUCCESSFUL QUANTITY SURVEYOR:

  • Pre and Post contract services
  • Attend site meetings.
  • Produce documents to tender.
  • Contract Administration
  • Valuations
  • Cost Management
