With a focus on excellence, they are seeking a competent manager to oversee their branch in Altrincham.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Spearheading the domiciliary care team to elevate service standards.
  • Developing and executing strategies to increase private care hours for improved profitability.
  • Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and maintaining company standards.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to prioritize their needs.
  • Providing leadership and support to staff to foster a positive work environment.

Registered Manager Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managerial roles within domiciliary care, focusing on service expansion.
  • In-depth understanding of CQC regulations and franchise standards.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement business strategies for revenue growth.
  • Effective resource management skills, including budgeting.
  • Relevant qualifications in health and social care management or equivalent experience.
