Day-to-day of the role: Be the First Point of Contact: Warmly welcome customers in-branch and over the phone, ensuring their first interaction is positive.Engage and Understand: Utilise insightful questions to uncover and understand customer needs, providing tailored solutions.Listen and Tailor Solutions: Offer personalised solutions by listening carefully to each customer’s unique circumstances.Proactive Outreach: Reach out to customers over the phone to identify their needs and discuss support options.Maintain Accurate Records: Keep customer records up-to-date and accurate using internal systems, focusing on identifying and supporting vulnerable customers.Adhere to Policies: Understand and adhere to policies, standards, and controls, with training and coaching provided.
