Due to continued growth, we are looking for the first-ever Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their team. Why Join? Benefits: Company pension scheme Unlimited holiday allowance Remote working flexibility (5 days a week), with occasional travel to Central London for in-person meetings The Role: As the Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a key role in driving our client's expansion by generating leads, initiating conversations, and booking meetings with potential clients. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for: Conducting research to identify and qualify leads Leading the first line of communication with prospects, driving outreach, and creating opportunities for sales meetings Building relationships with potential customers, particularly in complex organizations within the Finance, Banking, and M&A sectors Contributing to the overall growth and success of the sales pipeline by identifying key sales opportunities We are looking for someone driven, with a strong understanding of the FinTech landscape, to help fuel our client’s continued growth and success. Your Skills & Experience: Minimum 18 months of experience in a BDR/SDR role, ideally within the FinTech industry Strong understanding of the financial industry, with knowledge of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Private Equity Proficiency in HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Exceptional organization and time management skills Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect effectively via phone, email, and in-person meetings Apply now for this Sales Development Representative role.
