They're now looking to add a Quality Engineer to the team - someone who can support both inspection and quality systems in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities: Support production with quality feedback and improvements.Conduct CMM inspections using PC-DMIS and M-Cosmos (training provided if needed).Compile FAIR/PPAP and process inspection documentation to customer requirements.Investigate internal and customer non-conformances (RCA, CAPA).Liaise with customers and suppliers on quality issues and corrective actions.Handle customer returns, reworks, SDNRs, and NCRs.Assist in maintaining and improving the ISO 9001 QMS. Key Requirements: Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings.Experience with CMM operations (PC-DMIS and/or M-Cosmos preferred).Familiarity with FAIRs, bubble drawings, and process inspection sheets.Strong communicator and confident working independently or as part of a team.Experience within ISO 9001 environments.CMM programming experience is an advantage but not essential. Maintenance Engineer Annual Salary: Up to £46,000 DOELocation: ChessingtonJob Type: Full-time, permanent We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to provide high-quality maintenance services, supporting the cleaning, inspection, assembly, and packing of equipment. This role is essential for ensuring all machinery and equipment operate efficiently and meet regulatory standards.
