If so, our client has an exciting opportunity for you to join them as their Marketing and Events Co-ordinator. The organisation is looking for someone who can confidently plan, coordinate and deliver both online and in-person events, while also supporting broader marketing efforts. You’ll be instrumental in enhancing brand awareness, driving engagement, and supporting strategic communications with the education workforce and stakeholders across the country. This is a full-time role (35 hours per week, Monday to Friday), but our client welcomes part-time applications. The successful candidate will work within a hybrid working policy, with a blend of home working and office time in either London or Tamworth, plus monthly travel for events and team activities. About The Organisation Our client is a charitable organisation that exists to support and champion those working with, and for, children and young people with SEND and learning differences. They seek to ensure that all education practitioners across early years, schools, post-16 and wider settings are equipped to understand, identify and support those with SEND and learning differences, and provide Continuing Professional Development (CPD), resources, advice, information and much more to enable all staff to meet the needs of all their learners. The charity brings organisations together, whether locally or nationally, to share practice, shape solutions. Their priorities are those that matter to the education and SEND sector, drawing on our direct engagement with practitioners, school leaders, SENCOs, local authorities and hearing from the lived experience of children and young people. About the role As Marketing and Events Co-ordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the charity's events. You will: Plan, organise and deliver a range of online and in-person training eventsDraft engaging communications and promotional contentCoordinate logistics including venue bookings, catering and tech setupProvide excellent customer service to attendeesCollaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align event goals with our strategic objectivesSupport marketing campaigns, email communications and website updatesEvaluate event success and contribute to continuous improvement You’ll need to be a confident communicator with strong writing skills, experience in event coordination, and a genuine interest in education and inclusion.
