Clients engage RGP for expertise in delivering large and complex projects to strengthen their business. As a Contract Management Workstream Lead our consultants will be key players in the delivery of clients' Oracle integrations. Through relevant experience, you will have been exposed to multiple and ideally complex (global) projects and businesses and be able to adapt these to our clients' unique environments. KEY DELIVERABLES Responsible for the overall success of Oracle integration related to Contract Management workstreamProvides project status reports and metrics as established by the program managerOversees the business system analysts related to the workstreamWorks closely with the program manager in developing the device service project plan.Responsible to manage the overall project risk related to the workstream including design, process alignment, data migration, testing strategy, cutover strategy, training and go live EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Strong leadership experience in working closely with business leaders and IT organization.Oracle experience required in the below areas (No hands-on configuration is needed for this role) Oracle depot repair, Oracle installed base, Oracle field service. Job Purpose:The purpose of the Integrator is to coordinate dependencies between the Lab and stakeholders external to the Lab such as other labs, platforms, Group Executive Functions and 3rd parties, this may include coordinating complex and high-risk implementations. The Integrator sits at Lab, or Platform level and covers both business and technology change. Role Responsibilities:* Develops the sequence for integration related tasks in collaboration with the PO and aligned to the Lab backlog.* Catalogues and manages dependencies between the lab and other teams.* Works with stakeholders outside of the lab to ensure interlock to enable the lab to deliver at pace.* Identifies blockers to delivery and where possible mitigates / resolves, escalating to product owner(s) / lab leadership where required.* Acts as interface between the supplier (3rd Party) and key business stakeholders.* Manages complex and high-risk implementations requiring integration between multiple parties(internal/external) to ensure safe delivery.* Coordinates the integration process and / or implementation events across shared infrastructure(e.g. Upgrading the Mainframe); leads on the SI process, coordinating parties to get the change overthe line.* Provides expertise (not content) for governance activity owned by the Product Owner, e.g. PRIA, forchange across multiple labs. Location: This is a hybrid working role, with a requirement to work from the clients Edinburgh office at least 2 days a week. Working hours: Standard working hours with some flex where required.
