Ability to motivate and inspire the team to succeed in building strong customer relationships, meet customer needs whilst achieving targets. This role is a UK wide role, in which you will be on the road 4 times per week Duties: Hands on with more senior accounts whilst inspiring and supporting the team to succeed in managing the whole channel.Embracing the need to become an expert in the product range and technical requirements.Becoming the channel expert and voice of the channel.Ability to inspire and lead a team.
