Position: Employee Benefits Administrator Location: Redhill, Surrey (2 days per week working from home) Minimum Requirements: 2 years' experience of Group Protection and/or Healthcare and Wellbeing required; Pensions experience preferred but not essential Salary/package: Up to £33,000 + £5,000 bonus + 27 days' annual leave + pension (5%, 5%) + healthcare + various other benefits. YOUR NEW COMPANY Our client is a Top 10 Chartered Financial Planner & Employee Benefits firm, based near Redhill, Surrey. This award-winning business has a new requirement for an Employee Benefits Administrator to join it's EB division. The position has arisen due to expansion and general increase in business. THE ROLE Reporting to the Head of Client Services, the Employee Benefits Administrator's role will be to deliver technical support to the company's Employee Benefit Consultants through the following tasks on pension, group protection, healthcare and wellbeing employee benefit schemes. The position's key duties will include: Technical, Market and Product ResearchPreparation of quote specifications for new and existing benefit schemesThe negotiation of competitive terms with providers on new and existing benefit schemesPreparation of renewal recommendation reports for group protection, healthcare and wellbeing employee benefit schemesPreparation of recommendation reports for new clients and/or new employee benefit schemes REQUIREMENTS Candidates interested in the Employee Benefits Administrator vacancy will require the following: 2 years' experience of Group Protection and/or Healthcare and WellbeingPensions experience beneficial but not essentialExcellent communication skills REMUNERATION / PACKAGE The package for the Employee Benefits Administrator vacancy is as follows: Salary up to £33,000£5,000 annual bonus27 days' annual leavePension (5%, 5%)HealthcareVarious other benefits.
