Recruitment Coordinator
UBT provide business services including corporate training, consulting, accounting, insurance, recruitment and group buying assistance to a network of approximately 1000 independent family run businesses. UBT recruitment is a dedicated, professional and friendly team of in-house recruiters who deliver a complete end-to-end recruitment service to these businesses nationwide. We require a dedicated recruitment team administrator / coordinator to provide full support to this function. The overall purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth running of a busy in house recruitment service with a focus on coordinating a high number of interviews across the UK and providing an excellent candidate and customer experience. Requirements The ideal candidate needs to have a positive can-do attitude, who has the enthusiasm and passion for recruitment partnered with excellent attention to detail. You will need to be able to work efficiently and manage a high-volume work load to meet tight deadlines under minimal supervision. Exposure to a fast paced office environment is a must. Recruitment experience is not essential but would be very helpful. Duties: (approximate percentage of time per week in brackets) Interview scheduling (30%) - arranging the earliest convenient interview slots with both candidates and hiring managers and sending email / text confirmation through our Applicant Tracking System.Writing up consultants notes for candidate profiles to be sent to hiring managers (30%)Creation and posting of compelling and attractive online job adverts. (10%)Maintaining and updating the Applicant Tracking System and CRM (10%)Produce weekly / monthly and ad hoc reports on key performance indicators (10%) (remaining % of duties below) Handling all initial enquiriesObtaining interview feedbackCarrying out pre-employment checks, referencing and confirming eligibility to work where applicableEnsure GDPR compliance ATTRIBUTES Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skillsA real flair for writing compelling advertising copy.Excellent planning and organisational skills, as well as the ability to adapt quickly and effectively to unexpected changes whilst still ensuring objectives are metOutstanding communication skills, both spoken and writtenStrong attention to detailGood IT skills and experience of using databasesStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsThe ability to prioritise effectively and manage a heavy workload Benefits Salary c. £30,000Car or Car AllowancePrivate HealthcareFree (yes free!) lunches every day.
