Job Role: 1st line IT Service Desk Analyst

Location: Stourbridge

Salary: £22 - 24k plus private health, dental and optical care + benefits

The Opportunity for you…

Are you currently working on a service desk looking to join a company that offers progression? Then this is the job for you.

As a 1st line IT Service Desk Analyst you'll be based in the Stourbridge office for an MSP who provide solutions to a range of clients.

This MSP strongly encourages the development of their staff, so they're keen for their employees to constantly upskill and in turn be offered promotions - a perfect opportunity for somebody wanting to gain experience and progress their career. This MSP have invested heavily in their service desk, processes and structure.

You will be working on a service desk of 6 alongside analysts fixing IT issues from external customers to ensure their businesses can run smoothly. You will be working in a busy office environment and will have to be customer focused and able to manage customer expectations.

If you have a couple of months hands on experience in IT then that's great but the most important thing here is that you have the right attitude, have an interest in starting a career in IT and are willing to learn whatever it takes to become a great 1st line support!

Working Hours

Working on a rota of 2 shifts covering hours from: 8am - 4pm and 9am - 5pm.
