1st Line Support Engineer – West Yorkshire

1st Line Support Engineer -West Yorkshire – Our client is looking for a site-based 1st Line Engineer with a leaning towards Network/Infrastructure rather than Software Support. You will be based locally in West Yorkshire, as the role will be site-based. You will have the following: -

ITIL Certified
Strong 1st Line Support knowledge
Infrastructure/Network Knowledge
Experience of troubleshooting MS Office
Server Installs
Mac/Windows knowledge
Experience of upgrades and Installs
