Account Manager FTC - Whyteleafe, Surrey

£32,000 - £36,000 pro rata plus benefits and bonus

Our client is a highly successful creative agency, and they are looking for an Account Manager to join their team on a Fixed Term Contract. The Account Manager will report to the Business Director and assist across developing briefs and working internally to manage exceptional, creative work for their clients. You must be highly organised, adaptable, efficient and ready to hit the ground running, as you will be working alongside different teams to ensure creative, and campaigns are delivered on time and to budget.

They are looking for a consummate professional, an Account Manager who is an effective communicator with clients and colleagues alike, wo works well under pressure and actively seek opportunities to grow your knowledge and take on more responsibility. The ideal candidate will have a 360 integrated understand of both print and digital channels and be comfortable running both projects and accounts simultaneously.

You will be responsible for:

  • Receiving and creating project briefs, scoping projects (budgets/costings, timelines, etc), and managing the running of projects, driving strategy and creative teams
  • Making sense of client feedback and finding the best way of passing this on to the team
  • Booking resources
  • Working closely with the client account lead in order to ensure delivery of quality work, on time and on budget

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Experience in a creative agency, preferably in a full service agency
  • Project management or similar showing ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
  • Excellent spoken and written communications skills
  • Strong Excel / Word / MS 365 skills for reporting, scheduling and briefing
  • Inclusive process and collaborative skills, involving the right people at the right time to get the job done in the best way possible
  • Confidence, tact and a persuasive manner both externally and internally when working with colleagues, stakeholders and clients
  • Ability to work well under pressure without losing focus on attention to detail
  • Strong relationship building and problem-solving skills
  • Ensure billing and admin is to process and kept updated at all times

They are looking for a team-player and collaborator who is eager to provide insight and receive feedback, have communications experience and be comfortable running both projects and accounts simultaneously.

Working Day and Benefits

• Hybrid working / 3 days in the office / 2 days from home
