Accountant

We are seeking a Partnerships Financial Accountant to join our Finance team. This role is crucial in driving forward the accounting processes for our partnerships, ensuring integrity, accuracy, and providing insightful analysis to enhance profitability. • Prepare monthly profit and loss, balance sheet, and other financial documents.
• Engage in planning cycles, including 3 Year Plan, Forecasts, and Budget.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data and reporting.
• Conduct weekly and monthly sales and margin analysis.
• Evaluate profitability and recommend areas for improvement.
• Identify problem areas and present recommendations to company management.
• Communicate and interpret financial data to non-financial managers.
• Provide line management and leadership within the finance team.

• Accounting qualification - Fully qualified (ACA/CIMA/ACCA).
• Demonstrable industry experience.
• Proficiency in using financial systems, with strong analysis skills and experience in financial accounting.
• Experience with balance sheets.
• High accountability, attention to detail, and resilience to work through issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and work with senior stakeholders.
• Pro-active work ethic with high productivity.
