Page Personnel are currently partnering with a market leading hospitality business, within commuting distance of Wrexham and Chester, who are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of purchase and sales ledger

Description

The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Matching, batching and coding purchase invoices
  • Statement reconciliations
  • Preparing payment runs
  • Processing expenses
  • Raising sales invoices
  • Allocating cash
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Credit Control
  • Producing ad hoc reports
  • Query resolution
  • Financial administration

Profile

The successful Accounts Assistant should have:

  • A proven track record within a similar role
  • AAT L2 or above (desirable)
  • Proficient knowledge of accounting software and MS Office Suite
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

Job Offer
