This is an exciting Accounts Payable Analyst role which will focus on the day to day processes and improvement of the accounts payable function in a fast-paced finance team.

My client are an innovative technology company based in City of London. As a business the pride themselves on continuous improvement and progression meaning the Accounts Payable Analyst joining this team will share in this motive.

Description

As the Accounts Payable Analyst your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing purchase invoices
  • Maintaining the purchase ledger and general ledger accounts
  • Perfomring supplier statement reconciliations
  • Generating accounts payable reports where required
  • Processing and reconciling expenses
  • Understanding and advising on compliance and supplier processes

Profile

The successful Accounts Payable Analyst will have:

  • Minimum of 2 years accounts payable experience
  • Confidence performing supplier statement reconciliations
  • Strong excel skills
  • Experience using ERP/accounting systems is beneficial
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Eagerness to implement new processes and suggest improvements

Job Offer

  • £28,000 - £32,000 salary (flexible upon experience)
  • Hybrid working
  • Permanent contract
  • Competitive bonus scheme
  • Based in City of London
