Admin Assistant (Luxury Retail/eCommerce)
Location: Central London
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

Position Overview:
This role focuses on both office administrative support and retail/eCommerce admin support, ensuring the seamless functioning of both the office and the retail store.

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

Office Support:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls.
  • Handle calls and email queries.
  • Use DocuSign for customer and staff contracts.
  • Invoice using QuickBooks or Xero.
  • Manage CRM database (HubSpot).
  • Greet visitors at reception.
  • Operate and update the database.
  • Manage diaries and schedule meetings.
  • Maintain office filing systems.
  • Order office supplies as needed.
  • Plan events.
  • Arrange post and deliveries to the office.

Retail/Ecommerce Support:

  • Update the CRM system.
  • Assist with retail stock management.
  • Handle retail customer calls regarding order updates.
  • Support the onboarding of new clients.
  • Order retail supplies as needed.
  • Arrange deliveries to the retail store.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Co-Founders, Office Manager, Retail Manager, and Buying and Partnerships Manager.
