Admin Bridge Consultant

Permanent, Full time and remote

Work within a team of pension and implementation consultants to deliver a high-quality implementation service for our new clients and efficiency projects for existing clients. Bridge the gap between the implementation and administration teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Adheres to team standards, using best practices, project assurance criteria and audit requirements.
  • For new schemes being onboarded ensure the administration team have all the tools required to be ready at go live to administer the scheme in the most efficient and member-oriented way.
  • Work closely with transition consultants and administrators to ensure onboarding and automation projects progresses seamlessly through to completion.
  • Facilitate communication and information exchange between external groups and the implementation consultants.
  • Monitor projects progress, provide timely feedback, and drive a culture of agility and learning.
  • Host meetings to get updates on the progress of projects, address potential roadblocks and ensure projects are on track. Ensuring the team is meeting deadlines with the desired outcome.
  • Ensure the team is adequately trained to understand processes and the team members know their specific roles and are dedicated to the projects.
  • Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
  • Retain high-level knowledge of legislation and system functionality within the pension areas.
  • Travel to various offices when required.
  • Carry out such other duties as may be set from time to time.


Requirements

  • Good pension experience with good technical knowledge and administration background.
  • Understanding of pension scheme rules and actuarial instructions.
  • Experience of pension systems and databases.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work productively as a team member, experience of working in a project/admin team and working under instruction.
  • MS Office (Word/Excel) to competent level.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
