Administration Assistant

Our Client an Automotive company are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join their amazing team. This would be a full - time, permanent position offering a salary of up to £28,000 depending on experience, based fully on site in Windsor.

What will you be doing?

You will manage and organise paperwork related to car dealership transactions, property development projects, and general office documentation. You will assist with financial paperwork, including invoicing, expense tracking, and budget management. You will coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for the business owner, ensuring efficient scheduling and time management. You will handle any communication with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanour. You will help to support the business owner in preparing reports, presentations, and other business-related documents and maintain and update databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for various projects and contacts. You will handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel or responding as needed. To assist in conducting research and gathering data to support decision-making processes. You will help with basic software development-related tasks, such as organising code documentation and liaising with the software development team. You will perform various office management duties, such as ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and ensuring a tidy and organised work environment.

What skills will you have?

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office applications and basic knowledge of software development concepts (previous experience in software development is a plus but not mandatory).
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
  • Knowledge of car dealership and property development processes is beneficial but not essential.
  • A willingness to adapt and learn, as the role may evolve to support various aspects of the businesses.
