Are you an accomplished Administration and Operations specialist with experience gained within an IFA/Wealth Management firm? Are you able to utilise your expertise to deliver a first class service to clients and colleagues in a leadership role whilst playing a key role in the development of the service offering? Due to continued success in providing holistic Wealth Management Services to HNW clients, this successful IFA practice requires a professional and proactive Administration & Operations Manager to lead their Client Services function. You will take a hands on approach to your work, acting as the initial point of contact for client queries and well as liaising with product providers. In addition, you will manage and develop the administration and review process to ensure a first class service is provided to internal and external parties. Your work will cover Investment, Pension, Tax and Estate planning. In addition, your role will focus on the smooth running and further development of the Wealth Management division. This will include management of the CRM and IO systems, Compliance, Customer Service and Financial Management.

The successful candidate will have in depth knowledge and understanding of the Financial Planning process, ideally gained within an IFA/Wealth Management practice. You will be able to manage and develop team members as well as dealing with your own workload. You will be highly IT literate with experience of Financial Services systems and Platforms. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to work using your own initiative. Progress with professional qualifications is preferred.
