 Administrator needed! - Regulatory Operations Team 

Location - EC4M 

Full time position - Hybrid 

Salary - £111 per day PAYE 

Starting - ASAP 

A lead regulator for optical professions isseeking a dedicated Regulatory Operations Support Officer to join their team in London.

As an administrator in Regulatory Operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the fitness to practise function. Your responsibilities will include conducting quality assurance checks, managing fitness to practise hearings, and providing high-quality administrative support.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality assurance checks on pre- and post-hearing tasks to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Review outcomes on Client Relations Management, the Register, and the company website after events or appeal periods.
  • Quality assure decisions from hearings promptly, adhering to rules and removing sensitive information if decision shared to the website.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to exchange information about functions and procedures.
  • Offer equivalent administrative support to the directorate, including scheduling and invoice processing.
  • Manage email inboxes, serving as the first point of contact for telephone queries.
  • Supporting meetings.
