Location | Glasgow

Salary | £25,000 - £27,000

NJR Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for one of the UK's leading firms of Independent Financial Advisers who are expanding their business and are seeking a talented IFA Administrator to join their dynamic and buoyant organisation. An excellent opportunity is available for an Administrator to compliment the current support team. Working from a nice modern office, our Client is looking to recruit a candidate who is looking for the next step in their career. Working in a small team, this will be a busy and varied role with lots of room for development and progression and would be ideal for those looking for a long-term career in financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

" You will be responsible for providing pre- and post-sales support to the Financial Advisers.

" Ensuring that client documentation/requests are accurately processed and completed within the required time scales; and in accordance with the compliance guidelines as defined by the Company.

" Providing a high level of support to clients in an efficient, compliant, and professional manner.

" Providing ongoing support and working closely with independent financial advisers

" Liaising with clients, providers and other third parties

" Process new business

" Deal with Letters of Authority

" Obtain valuations and illustrations.

" Assist with any other general admin tasks when necessary.

To apply, you will have proven experience gained working within an IFA Practice, Pensions Consultancy or for a Provider. Candidates will have excellent customer service skills being able to liaise with clients in a professional manner. You will be comfortable working as part of a busy team and be ambitious and dedicated to developing with the evolving financial services industry.
