Administrator / Sales Negotiator

Are you looking for a part time role in Estate Agency in the South Hams area? We are seeking a new team member for the beautiful Modbury area in a prestigious Estate Agency covering Saturdays and some time during the week, but these hours and days can be flexible. Our client offers an hourly rate plus bonus scheme.

Our client is a well-known, up market property agent with a fantastic reputation. They are looking for an experienced administrator who might also want to do some negotiating which could be office based or covering some viewings and to assist with the sale of properties based in their Modbury office.

You will be professional, polished and organised with a proactive and personable nature and have excellent admin skills.

This really is a super opportunity and an excellent way to get into the property industry if you have school run or children commitments so need some flexible hours. It would require most Saturdays through 9-4pm.
