This position sits within a stable and friendly compliance team and will see the successful candidate take responsibility for compliance and all candidate-related administration, which is why it’s suited to a seasoned Administrator who has a track record of prioritising a busy workload and following compliance procedures.

What’s in it for you?

  • Work hours: Monday to Friday: 8am to 4.30pm and reduced hours during term time
  • Salary: £23,000 to £24,000 depending on experience
  • Performance-related bonus based on a percentage of monthly salary
  • Office based

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring high compliance measures are adhered to and guidelines are met
  • Liaising with candidates via phone and email to obtain the correct documentation in line with compliance
  • Obtaining employment and academic references
  • Maintaining up-to-date candidate records to ensure all documentation is up to date
  • Processing DBS checks and confirming candidate qualifications
  • Entering data into the CRM system, ensuring all data is accurate and in line with GDPR
  • Signing off candidate files once all compliance checks are complete

Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrates strong administration experience and has an understanding of compliance
  • Possesses strong organisation skills and has a track record of successfully prioritising a busy workload and meeting deadlines
  • Meticulous and detail-orientated, works with accuracy and has a good eye for detail
  • Understands the importance of following process and procedure and can work within those guidelines
  • IT literate with strong Microsoft skills and has an understanding of CRM systems
  • Naturally positive and enthusiastic and enjoys working as part of a team
