We are recruiting for an experienced Aftersales Advisor / Customer service advisor for our clients contact centre in Hinckley.

This is a exiting opportunity for a Aftersales Advisor / Customer service advisor to join a modern contact centre great team and site that offers training & promotion opportunities.

For this Aftersales Advisor / Customer service advisor opportunity you must have experience within customer service, ideally over phone and email

Aftersales Advisor / Customer service advisor

• Coordinate service activity between customers, warranty companies, and repair agents in an efficient and courteous manner
• Responding to customer enquires
• Taking inbound calls & making outbound calls
• Dealing with any customer complaints
• Interpreting customer concerns and comments
• Liaising with customers and keeping them updated
• Advising customers on how to resolve issues with their vehicles
• Ensure customer expectations and requirements are identified, and successfully managed

Requirements

• The right individual must have previous experience as a Service Advisor or Aftersales Advisor.
• Excellent customer service
