The ideal candidate for this company will be working within the technical team and is expected to have excellent skills in using Revit. A wider commercial residential experience for houses and apartments is also required as the role will focus on the residential sector, including urban design, master planning, and small-medium and large housing schemes.
Furthermore, you will be tasked with standard roles that an Architectural Technician would be expected to carry out such as producing building regulations and working on residential developer work. Hence, knowledge of robust details, lifetime homes, and building regulations is essential.

The Role: Architectural Technician
- Produce detailed drawings to the construction phase
- Understanding and acting on client briefs
- Prepare layouts, drawings, and sketches while complying with the latest regulations
- Developing House Types and Block Plans
- Strong Technical skills – Revit is a necessity
