ASB Officer
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced ASB officer on a nine week temporary contract offering a negotiable hourly rate. The successful candidate will join the Housing team to provide an effective and responsive housing management service & assist in the delivery of excellent customer focused services.
Day to day duties will include:
- Responsilbe for the effective and efficient response to ASB in line with policies and procedures
- Investigating and managing ASB, harrassment and domestic abuse cases liasing with local authorities, police and any other relevant parties to gather information that will assist in agreeing and implementing a course of action
- Develop prevention approaches to inimise the number and severity of ASB cases
- Take approproate action to tackle ASB related breaches of tenancy and other criminal activity
- Interviewing customers, taking statements, undertaking invesitgations, liasisng with in house and external legal advisors, developing action plans and working collectively with the clients partners
- Determine mediation, acceptable behaviour contracts, legal action and the use of injunctions
- Esnuring all files are logged and compiled correctly in line with polcies and procedures
