Position: Asbestos Analyst
Salary: £35,434 - £40,000
Ideal Location: Orpington
Coverage Area: London and the Home Counties

About the Role: Join a dynamic and growing company with a strong reputation in the asbestos management industry. Our client, based south of the river, is looking to expand their team, which currently consists of fewer than 15 members. With a standout Operations Manager securing numerous commercial contracts, this is an exciting opportunity for those looking to grow in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to strict health and safety protocols.
  • Conduct air monitoring and stage 4 clearance testing in various buildings.
  • Perform management, demolition, and refurbishment surveys.
  • Compile and submit detailed reports.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications: P403 (Air Sampling and Fibre Counting) and P404 (Clearance Testing and Certificate for Reoccupation).
  • In-depth knowledge of asbestos-related health and safety legislation.
  • At least one year of experience in the asbestos industry.
  • Valid UK driving license.
